Project Overview

Home security is so important with the increase in criminal activity across the nation. It helps deter vandals from entering your premises, provides peace of mind when you’re off-site, reduces your insurance premiums and increases the chance of police apprehending criminals. Carter Group offer a wide range of Security services for domestic properties, working closely with our clients on this particular project our Sales Surveyor surveyed the property, identified the vulnerabilities then designed the security systems to suit.

Experience

Criminals are becoming more and more advanced in the ways that they operate, it is our job to look at the latest technology to help prevent our clients becoming a victim. During this project Carter Group installed a Texecom Intruder Alarm system with Smartcom linked to our Carter Connect server. This allows the customer access to the system via a smartphone app for push notification in the event of an alarm trigger or system fault. It also allows Carter Group remote access for engineering support and regular remote servicing to ensure the system continues to meet its operational requirements providing ultimate piece of mind to the customer. CCTV cameras were installed to cover the perimeter of the property and vulnerable areas with smart phone APP access to view the camera’s from anywhere at any time. Bespoke entrance gates were designed and fabricated to the customer’s preference and installed using underground motors to provide a discreet finish. The operation of the gates can be controlled via a smart app, remote keyfob or intercom system.
