Founded by James Porter, he first got a taste for poké after spending his childhood summers between the beaches of California and the tropical islands of Hawaii. Noticing London’s lunch scene was lacking in fresh, healthy options packing both flavour and quality ingredients. James spotted a poké-sized gap in the market, quit his job at an art gallery and started selling bowls of his tropical island paradise at a street food market.

Carter Group were engaged to design and install a new conventional fire alarm in compliance with an L2 system to protect all areas carried out to BS5839 regulations. Our Project Manager and installation team worked closely with the Principal Contractor and successfully completed this project during the refurbishment. With our experience and onsite knowledge we were able to provide key support and recommendations at the initial construction design to ensure good communication between trades and programme of works.
